"The workers that came were prompt and did their work with few interruptions except to ask me questions about how I wanted something placed. It was done (bathtub and wet area remodel) in two days and after waiting 24 hours I was able to enjoy a nice long deep soak bath. No regrets here. It's only been a few months so I can't speak to anything that may happen long term down the road but it's lifetime warranty so that's covered. Also their rep was the most calm and professional out of a number that came to give a quote."

"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. "Dave did great work for us. We wanted to update three bathrooms. Dave replaced the floors, vanities, mirrors, and all the fixtures. He also brought in a subcontractor to reglazed the tubs. Dave finished on time, on budget, and the work looks great. I will definitely call Dave next time I need a contractor or handyman."

Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. I decided to go with the toilet replacement altogether and angle valve replacement as well.
