"C&H Cleaning & Handyman Services Formally Cristina and Jared's Cleaning I have used C & H Cleaning and Handyman Services for about a year and a half. I highly recommend their services. Originally I hired them to clean my house before a party. While they were at it I had them fix some things around the house. They did such a good job I hired them to clean my mothers house for an event and then I gave my daughter a clean house as a Birthday present using their services. Currently they come every two weeks to clean my house and they do a very great job. Usually I have the same person all of the time, she is very through and efficient. She helps do special little projects, like cleaning and organizing a closet. On occasion when the regular person could not come, Al the owner comes with the replacement to make sure that they know what I like. They also bring their own cleaning supplies. They use something better than BONO on my wood floors. I found they also steam carpets , so I had them steam clean an area rug that was filthy and had really thick pile. It looks great now."

"I was looking for a floor refinishing company and Ocean Flooring turned out to be top notch. I used my coupons to figure out who my contractors were going to be. Stuart did a simply fantastic job refinishing and varethaning my parquet wood floors, and installing new stair treads, and railings. I also asked him to heavily varethane (oil based product) the kitchen / family room floor and an inexpensive floor stick-on tile on cement slab. Each of these projects turned out beautifully. "Bottom Line First: Charles (owner) and his team are professional and very customer-focused. Remodels can be disruptive and challenging for the homeowner, but this team will do everything it can to provide solutions and keep the project moving forward. It's a plus that they are also pleasant and personable folks to have in your home. This project involved totally gutting and replacing a guest bath and a master bath, last remodeled in the 70's, and included replacing all fixtures (tub, toilets, vanities, sinks, lighting, mirrors, tile, exhaust fans, etc) and expanding a small shower in the master bath to more than double its original size. This is a 60's home and came with the typical challenges. They found asbestos tiles under the old floor tiles which needed to be abated and a corroded cast iron sewer line (under the slab) that needed to be dug up and replaced. Charles was great about presenting options and solutions to complete the work. I asked a lot of questions and made some changes along the way and they were very customer-focused in providing explanations and suggestions. I also appreciate their policy of providing materials at cost and the ability to negotiate better rates with vendors than I could by myself. In the end, both bathrooms look great. Major construction is a messy process, but they were neater than most and sent in a cleaning service at the end. I would hire them again without hesitation — and in fact I already have, to replace a fence damaged in a recent storm."
