"Enrique called and let me know he was on his way from Carlsbad-I'm in Santee.  He came to the door ready to go, with tools in hand.  I was grateful and impressed with how he answered my questions-since I'm a new home owner, I had quite a few!
He cleaned out the HVAC closet and stopped a noisy rattle in the unit by tightening and adding some screws.  He also noticed there was no filter and put a new one in for me.  When he noticed some of the vents closed, and I explained that I can't really tip my head back on a step-stool due to a vestibular disorder, he went through all the rooms and opened them for me!
Enrique also gave me the dimensions of the filter for future replacement, and was helpful about whether I needed a cover for the outdoor a/c unit. He went over some of the basics, such as how often I should replace the filter, and where it is located.
He did a thorough cleaning and check-up/tune-up for me.  Overall, I was very happy with their response and the work they did!
