She made us feel very confident of the quality of the materials and the installers used by Jacuzzi, as well as their warranty. We had a slight hiccup as we got ready for the installation, but everyone I spoke with, especially the project manager, GUSTAVO, was so respectful as we worked out the issue. The installers JORGE and ROBERT were both great. We were very pleased with how quietly they worked. We had a big issue with roots under the old shower with broken cement and a ton of dirt to clean up, which required a lot of extra work on their part. All of this was covered by our purchase price, of course. The shower was expensive but a 1 1/2 day installation and lifetime warranty are worth it. The shower is beautiful!"
