"The workers that came were prompt and did their work with few interruptions except to ask me questions about how I wanted something placed. It was done (bathtub and wet area remodel) in two days and after waiting 24 hours I was able to enjoy a nice long deep soak bath. No regrets here. It's only been a few months so I can't speak to anything that may happen long term down the road but it's lifetime warranty so that's covered. Also their rep was the most calm and professional out of a number that came to give a quote."

"Dave gave a very reasonable estimate and offered several ideas to save a little money in ways that the other companies who bid did not mention. He arrived on the scheduled day and went to work removing the rotted and damaged boards right away and cut back damaged boards that connected the fascia to the roof on one side of the house. He returned the next day; replaced all boards as needed and not only primed and painted those but also painted other boards that had not needed replacement to improve the overall look of the house. He had taken a part of a board he removed the first day and color matched it at the paint store so it looks great! I am very pleased and will certainly recommend him to anyone who asks and contact him for any future jobs I need to have done.

"Bottom Line First: Charles (owner) and his team are professional and very customer-focused. Remodels can be disruptive and challenging for the homeowner, but this team will do everything it can to provide solutions and keep the project moving forward. It's a plus that they are also pleasant and personable folks to have in your home. This project involved totally gutting and replacing a guest bath and a master bath, last remodeled in the 70's, and included replacing all fixtures (tub, toilets, vanities, sinks, lighting, mirrors, tile, exhaust fans, etc) and expanding a small shower in the master bath to more than double its original size. This is a 60's home and came with the typical challenges. They found asbestos tiles under the old floor tiles which needed to be abated and a corroded cast iron sewer line (under the slab) that needed to be dug up and replaced. Charles was great about presenting options and solutions to complete the work. I asked a lot of questions and made some changes along the way and they were very customer-focused in providing explanations and suggestions. I also appreciate their policy of providing materials at cost and the ability to negotiate better rates with vendors than I could by myself. In the end, both bathrooms look great. Major construction is a messy process, but they were neater than most and sent in a cleaning service at the end. I would hire them again without hesitation — and in fact I already have, to replace a fence damaged in a recent storm."
