I had the chance to meet Vic and Ryan with Ascend plumbing and they were both absolutely incredible. VERY reasonable prices and outstanding performance with everything. They helped fix a stand alone Roman bathtub that had prior plumbing work that required a lot of fixing and did an amazing job. Vic was very responsive, super accommodating on rescheduling, and a super personable person. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Was referred to Vic who called back quickly and was able to get Ryan and a co-worker to the job site for a fast two hour leak detection and repair of gas piping. Payment was very easy too with credit card.

Randy was always quick to answer or return a call. His employee, Arturo, was professional, courteous and clean and did a great job. I wasn't the easiest customer but they never made me feel uncomfortable for wanting things done a certain way. They were kind enough to come back a few times to make sure I was happy. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone, in fact I already have.

I received a call back almost immediately and was able to schedule an estimate right away. Randy was incredibly communicative and sent me a bid the same day and was able to schedule the work I needed done around the very strict water shut off timeline set by the building association. His work was excellent and was a pleasure to work with and I ll be calling back any time I need future plumbing work.
