"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"Replaced roof starter board, trim board, and portion of end rafter that were damaged by termites.  When getting estimates, two providers wanted to do a significant amount of work for a lot more money.  David came out and suggested a much cheaper solution to repair rather than replace some sections.  He and his assistant arrived at the arranged time and started work.  During the work, they found more termite damage than was first visible. He suggested a solution that wouldn't add much to the initial cost and they did that also.  They primed and painted the new wood to match the other boards and cleaned up everything after.  What I really liked about working with this company is that they are interested in keeping the cost down, in contrast to many other companies I've worked with that often up-sell to give themselves more work and therefore more money.

"The technician - Kade - was very nice and we could tell he was having a really bad day. It would have been nice to know all costs upfront. Called later and complained to the receptionist/dispatcher who was also really nice. She gave me the owners phone number. Spoke to him. He was also very nice. Told me to send him a picture of my shower fixture and he could tell me the brand name and even walk me through replacing it. Photo and phone message sent later,..... no response. Thank God for YouTube. Watched a video and replaced it myself!"

"I had a running toilet. I called Gorilla Plumbing and spoke to Mickey Romero. He came over immediately and we discussed options. I decided to go with the toilet replacement altogether and angle valve replacement as well. Mickey provided everything, did an immaculate job and he even cleaned up the entire area as well when he finished. Very professional, very easy, very smooth. 10/10 experience.
