I think that his price was reasonable. It was a fixed price contract. The footing was off by 11 inches, because the engineer messed up and the only thing that he charged me was for the materials to fix it. He went the extra yard and he was a very pleasant fellow. He is personable and he said he would put it in if I paid for the cement. I would use him again."
