"Today (Sunday) 11:15 I called ARS Rescue Rooter because my parents toilet was backing up into the shower and was told a service technician would be available between 12-2. At 12:08 ARS contacted me back and told me the name of my technician and where he was and that he would be there in 15-20 mins. At 12:20 Francisco (the technician) had arrived and was ready to evaluate the job. Francisco diagnosed the problem and went straight to work, he was extremely pleasant and professional. The price for the job quoted at the evaluation was the price we paid...no up sale!
