A couple of minor issues arose during the install, but Dillan immediately apprised us and made excellent (but not short-cut) recommendations to ameliorate them nicely. Dillan made sure we not only understood everything, but that we were happy along the whole way. We never felt rushed or pressured. Another thing we really appreciated: we only have one bathroom, so whenever we needed to use the toilet, Dillan had to stop whatever he was doing to accommodate our needs.
