The water heater they brought was damaged and rather than authorize the purchase of a new water heater at a Home Depot that was closer to my home, they had to return the damaged water heater to a Home Depot where they had picked it up. This extended the time to do the job by 2 1/2 hours. The technician however worked through a number of problems in the installation and successfully installed the water heater, so I will give them a 5.0 star for work quality.
