We had the order filled out that night in a marathon session! with all design decisions made. Measurements were taken again on appt., the order was placed. Windows came in on the earliest date given, and we scheduled the installation. A flock of installers and windows decended on our jome and old wimdows were flying out and new ones in, and by the end of the day most windows were done, only the sliding glass doors, the custom eork and the back door were left and took 5 more days to complete. We really enjoyed the craftsmem who were doing these jobs, they were so talented and worked hard every day. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. "We had talked to numerous installers all were very good, however american vision were the only dedicated window installers. I took care in asking questions on not just the windows but how they install them as well and the quality of the install. We had already some windows installed and without a doubt these windows look way better installed and the quality of them are extremely good, they use anlin high-end with thermal laminated glass that is so quiet plus the lines look very good. We also added a downstairs window for the bathroom that just cleaned up the look of the room we were super happy. Staff were great. We received a video from the company owners just to let us know they hadnt forgotten us. All in all very pleasant experience."

"They had to remove a hugh iron gate over the sliding patio door just to get to the sliding glass patio door. They replaced two broken wheels on the patio door and replaced the hugh iron sliding iron gate all within two hours. Amazing that we did not have this done last year instead of pushing that heavy door over the track. And they also had to re-build the track that the wheels run on. Good repair from good people. "
