Our patio doors (2) were so hard to open/close and almost impossible to lock. Because of this we were not making use of our patio at all. Now the doors move with a single finger or two. Also we got our mesh screens replaced. We are looking forward to making better use of our patio after this fix.

they came on time, had the right lock hinge and left in ten minutes. didn't especially like the $95 charge but I needed the fix. overall good experience.
