I wish I could give zero stars as we have not had a positive experience and we still do not have windows. We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still do not have a completed service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not send updates when there are delays, and they do not show up for appointments. We have also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they have show up without warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service.

One window has a damaged sash which was addressed with the installers on the second day of installation. I discussed the issue with Jeremy Gant (GM, Dibella San Diego) on Jul 5, 2022, and they said he will get back to me. Installation took place in May. It is now Aug 30, 2022, and nothing has been done.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

To date my windows have not been installed which I which I understood at the time of hiring them. So far Iâ  m very happy with the decision to use this company. There was not a place in the survey to document the information that the work was not yet completed.

We were impressed with our initial meeting with their Sales Representative, Maria Gaffney. She took her time to explain all the details and the lifetime warranty along with many aspects of the choices they had available. Her vast knowledge of the products helped us understand more of what we needed so we could make the right choice. We are looking forward to having our windows installed and look forward to enjoying our energy efficient purchase.

Blake & Brian came and explained everything for my roof. It was in bad shape and they showed me a lot that other roofers missed. I knew the others seemed too good to be true and missed a ton of stuff. Blake & Brian worked hard to make it affordable and fit within my budget. Super excited to get my roof replaced by an amazing contractor

The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. DaBella's name is on our contract. However, a family of well-meaning Hondurans, only one of which could speak some English, did the work. The roof looked ok, until I started to look closely at the workmanship. Our chimney is damaged, there are places (looking at the roof) in the upstairs you can see daylight, the skylight was poorly installed, twice, there are places where the metal trim on the porch roof is not nailed down (I have pictures, it fell off), the new sheathing should be inspected by DaBella for missed alignment sections. The salesman called us to say he had **gotten used* new facia, included, it was not. Calls to DaBella have been largely ignored.

Working with DaBella has been a great experience. It was easy from the measuring of the bathroom, to the picking of the fixtures. Even the financing was a pleasure. Our salesman, Carson, was a great guy - he was friendly and easy to talk with. It was like visiting with an old friend!

I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. Workers did not talk much and worked, got it done in 2 days before the rain, left some of the stuff they moved out of place, not sure can find my lights posts they left in the ground when pulled out, already had lost one myself. had to ask for help to put things back on the porch for different worker helping. I think the problem was that one worker did not speak any English when we told this person what needed to be moved back. The roof looks good as we can tell since it is a 2 story house and can not really look it over to make sure pipes and all that had new covers put on. Time will tell if the venting will help with utilities.

They broke my front porch light did not report it to me. They did at least clean up the mess but still I'm the one that has to have a new light installed.
