"They said they charged a certain amount for any repair, when it came down to it they also charged for the part. So that was over and above the repair fee. That was not in their information, that was not disclosed.

Other than that, they did a good job.

I would possibly use them again, as long as they disclose their real cost."

"They were great to work with. We had a problem with the system one time a few months later and they came back at no charge with no questions being asked for the repair. They were responsive."

"It couldn't have been better. The gentleman that came, Scott Swanson, arrived on time, was very respectful and nice and was very clean/professional looking. He was able to look at the work and give me an estimate. He got the work done in an hour and a half and it looks wonderful."

"Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!"

"I hired Michael in late December to install my countertops. I had originally given him good ratings on Angies list because he was on time, efficient and reasonably priced. My issue now is with follow up. The piping to the sink started to leak and the caulking around the sink is starting to come apart. Now i understand that sometimes things like this are unavoidable and i do not blame Better Home Repair for it. But when i called to have them come out to take a look at it, i got no response. I left a number of messages on their voicemail, as well as one with a young lady, and got NO response. I wanted to hire them to do my laminate flooring, but i think i'll be looking else where."

"Wonderful job and met the surprise challenges that an older home presents after you open up the floors and walls and ceilings. showed up on time daily and finished the project at the time frame projected. Cleaned up after each day and protected the rest of the house. Reasonable and pleasant personality for Steve Caskey as well as his co-worker and sub-contractors. Tile work presented some difficulty due to uneven floor and the tile man made it perfect. Best remodel job I could have asked for. I get many compliments on the the looks of the final product."
