Armando, did an excellent job replacing the outdated fluorescent kitchen light fixtures, and replaced them with recessive energy efficient lighting. This included re-texturing the raised area as well as a finished coat of painting. Couldn?t be happier with the results!!!

We needed work done involving three different trades and were hoping to find one company that could complete all aspects of the job. The work included sheetrock replacement (including texturing to be paint-ready), laminate flooring & padding installation, and bath vanity install & connect water lines. We received estimates from four different companies and chose Armando Espinoza Villa Handyman. Armando came over to see and discuss the job and provided an estimate later that day. He has a calm, low key demeanor and did a good job of listening to what we needed done. His pricing was fair, and he has experience in all the areas involved in our project. He also has many very good reviews on Angi, which was a factor in hiring him. Additionally, we Googled his company to see photos of his work. Armando completed all of the work on our house in just over two days. His work looks professional and we're very pleased with how it turned out. We'd hire him again. We've included photos.

Armando captures what is necessary to be done quickly and well. Excellent communication. Kept me well informed of time of delivery for materials, as well as any adjustment to his estimate due to added work related to the job.

Armando removed lath and plaster walls in our bedroom, insulated, dry walled, applied texture, and painted. He did a fantastic job! Armando is a calm, kind person and very easy to work with. He arrives when he says he will and works hard all day. We will call him again.

Armando is a very hardworking man. He has a very pleasant demeaner and the quality of work he did for us was excellent. I am getting older and I just cannot do some of the things that I used to do. It's great to know that I can just call this guy and not have to worry about some kid showing up that does not know much about anything. We plan to use him again.

Armando is very professional, and I almost did not hire him because of a previous review he had on his feedback. Therefore, I received another quote from a higher rated area contractor who also stated prices were better. The other company failed to show up as scheduled, but arrived the following day and his prices were higher than Armandos quote. He did a fantastic job, price was fair, and was promt. He is trust worthy too, I had to run to my daughters college, 3.5 hours later, I arrived back at home..everything was perfectly installed, other items working in tip-top shape. He is respectful, and he is picks up after himself (and some of my extra dog hair too). Armando is my new, go to handyman. I am sure you will find him great.. He serves the Pleasanton area toom

We enjoyed working with Armando. He is professional and personable. He executed his work with care. We are happy with the result. However we found him to be on the expensive side. Because of limits to HA's website we were unable to clearly lay out the job to be done beforehand and get competitive bids. It might be useful to have a place for a job description rather than choices to click on.
