Wonderful job and met the surprise challenges that an older home presents after you open up the floors and walls and ceilings. showed up on time daily and finished the project at the time frame projected. Cleaned up after each day and protected the rest of the house. Reasonable and pleasant personality for Steve Caskey as well as his co-worker and sub-contractors. Tile work presented some difficulty due to uneven floor and the tile man made it perfect. Best remodel job I could have asked for. I get many compliments on the the looks of the final product.

From the beginning of this project to the end we were very pleased with the contractor, his crew and his subcontractors. All of them were easy to work with, helpful, professional and they did an outstanding job. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are very happy with the final result. Throughout the remodel, Steve offered advice, helped with selecting the right materials and checked with us at every stage of the project to make sure we were satisfied. His attention to detail and insistence on quality work were evident. Most of all we valued his honesty, so it was easy to trust him. Several months after the remodel was completed, we blew a fuse in the kitchen and were unable to reconnect it. We called Steve and he came with his electrician the following day. The problem was that we had not followed the correct sequence for pushing in the fuse. They fixed the problem and refused to take payment for their time and effort. Steve simply said: "I stand behind my work."

I had a great experience from the very beginning. They were a complete pleasure to work with and went well beyond the ''call of duty'' on my project. They do excellent quality work and are so incredibly easy to work with. It turned out so well, and I absolutely love everything. They definitely helped steer me from making poor decisions and thought about things I never in a million years would have thought about. I knew I could call with even the silliest of questions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

THE RENOVATORS DID VERY GOOD WORK. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD PROBLEM WITH THE TILE CRACKING AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
