Get a estimate from two sources and only use Heating and Air for a second opinion, if at all. The Technician said I needed a new motor for my furnace. I, not being a furnace technician had to believe his assessment. He proceeded to disassemble the furnace making it impossible to get a second opinion. They charged $989.00 for a motor that when installed did not work. They then installed another motor similar to motors available at Home Depot for between $150.00 - $200.00. At the completion of the Job. 9:30pm asked me to sign for an invoice on a cell phone, in the dark. Me, not being smart enough signed of on the job and work as being satisfied with the entire operation. The furnace was repaired and does work but I will definitely not call them again.

Not worthy, unprofessional and dishonest. Scammed and lied about their work.

They stood behind their work, fixing a problem that resulted from the repair. They did their best to do so promptly.

They called me right away and came out the very next day (Saturday). Fortunately it was a quick a/c repair as we already had the necessary spare part. All the other companies contacted me the following Monday and Tuesday. These guys were great.

Heating and Air Service Rep. (Baker) explained the reason I should repair my central AC unit, rather than replacing with a new one. Another Service Rep. (Abe) was scheduled to come, replace Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV), rebuild the AC unit, add R-410 refrigerant. He was able to complete this job within 2-3 hours. My central AC is now working well. I'm hoping it will last within 5-10 years by maintaining it every year. Thanks for their good job.

They got the job done on a Saturday with short notice.

Came the same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Only charged me for 30 minutes rather than a full hour because the fix was so straightforward.

R21 costs $80 / pound and they charge $299.00 / pound. I watched the guy work from my window and he said he added nitrogen to my system to detect leak. However, the only thing I saw was a canister of R21. He said he replaced a valve, however, didn't show me the one he took out. Make the conclusion on your own if you want to hire them. FYI, they also want to charge 3% on a card transaction.

Heating and Air was able to partially rebuild my A/C unit and get it to work again. Abe gave me four options, so I could decide what would work best for me. Thank you Heating and Air for all your help.

They solved my HVAC problem quickly

My furnace fan would run non-stop even when the unit was off. I had 4 other companies come out last year and they could not diagnose the problem. The technician was clear about the options I had to fix the issue. The technician, Abe, diagnosed the issue and returned to fix it when the part was available. I would hire Heating and Air again.

We hired them on Labor Day due to a/c repair needed on emergency basis. Not sure if we got the regular rate or if we had to pay a holiday rate but the cost was a bit more than expected. Had a â annualâ check up as part of the service and only the compressor was checked, not the full HVAC/heater which we get with normal annual check ups. It was a crazy time with 105F temps and power outages and it was 8pm so maybe there was just not time? anyway after $1600 the unit was cleaned, 2lbs freon added, capacitator and hard starter replaced with a 3 month labor warranty and 1 year parts warranty- unit is 8 years old. Technician did a great job.

Technician was clear about the options I had to fix the issue and was happy to talk through the pros and cons and settle on something practical and economical.

Customer service personnel was knowledgeable enough to identify the issue quickly and proposed couple of solutions to the issue. I chose to replace the condenser as i feel its worth the money spent now.

The repairman was courteous and informative. Also came on time.

Abe did a great job. He quoted a fair price for a furnace rebuild. He let me know that the cost of the part went up due to back orders due to Covid, but he honored the quote he gave me. On installation day, he arrived on-time and got the job done in less than an hour. Great job! I really appreciate it!
