Hired Gary Wilson to install windows and install pavers around the pool. Started job and seemed everything was going well,until he burned me on a window I purchased and did not finish either job he was paid for in full to do. Gary Wilson is a crook and a very poor excuse of a human!

Gary did an estimate over the phone then came to the house on the day of the appointment to check out the projects I needed done. His guys showed up and completed everything in a timely manner. Their estimate was very reasonable and the work was done in the time he told us. His workers were pleasant and professional. I LOVE how my new floors came out! I will call him for future projects!

The workers did a great job of painting our exterior. They took the time to repair and prep the house so it wasn't just a paint job that "hid" imperfections. They repaired, sealed, sanded the imperfections. That was their skill. But when it comes to hiring people to work on our home, my wife and I look for valuable intangibles such as friendliness, respect, under-promising and over-delivering. This is what this company does. Even when scheduled times change (because it always does in this type of project), we were informed at least 24 hours in advance that they would be late. I don't mind just as long as they tell us. Also, as I watched the workers work, they were smiling and happy. Their positive attitude gave me peace of mind that they actually LIKED working. As we know, unhappy workers WILL result in a sub-par product. At the last day, the owner rolled up his sleeves and helped his workers finish up, power washing our home. When we did a final walk through, I did see something they missed. Instead of getting defensive, he told me, "You're right. I apologize. We'll get on it first thing in the morning...and they did - no attitude, no defeated tone, just yes, we'll fix that. A positive attitude, honesty and integrity are the most important qualities my wife and I look for. Obviously, their skill was important, but there are many skilled workers out there. I find the intangibles are just as important and hard to find.

Excellent job done by Rob. He is well knowledged in every facet of construction. He installed laminate flooring throughout our house. He showed up on time everyday, worked all day, cleaned up. Our floor looks amazing! We would recommend Rob for any job!!!

Replaced tile in a tub/shower, installed vanity and fixtures, replaced flooring. Replaced shower stall with new tile and glass shower walls in 2nd bathroom. Also, painted entire interior walls and garage cabinets. Installed laminate flooring. Most jobs completed were sloppy, had poor attention to detail. It took approximately 12 weeks to complete (COVID-19 was not a real factor). Finished work is deteriorating after only 6-8 weeks. Failed to complete ALL work on the contract. I am now left with unfinished jobs. The installed shower wall and door both leak. Workers were inexperienced, sloppy and wasted time. They cut corners, gave lots of excuses. Did not prime walls for paintings, so paint shows through. Failed to put new toilet rings on when the toilets were replaced. They painted over wallpaper, so the paint is peeling. Detail work was sloppy. For example: they failed to remove debris around the toilet when sealing with silicone, so it looks dirty under the silicone. The grout work on the tile job is sloppy and uneven. It is starting to crumble and wash away. Their staff was inexperienced. They did not seem to have the needed supplies. There is paint on the carpet. The staff was inexperienced and learning on the job. This job appeared too big for the team. Gary produced excuses for them. There were some good aspects to the work completed, but I would not use them again, nor recommend. My bathroom is incomplete and some of the work they completed is deteriorating. Straitline did not honor their agreement.

Very professional, customer satisfaction is there number one priority I will hire them again.
