After agreeing on work to be done Jet took care of the necessary repairs and now the air conditioning is working perfectly. We were very pleased with the professional and honest work performed and will definitely be calling Huft Heating and Air Conditioning for any future repairs."

They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating! After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!"
