Joseph and his team have done a wonderful job on repairing our floor. They removed our old floor, repaired the cracks that were causing moisture and the floor popping up, put the waterproof seal, and installed the underlayment and the new floor. We went on vacation and left the home to Joseph. His team handled the furniture move in & out, covered everything with plastic to prevent dust, detailed all the inspection and repair with frequent updates & photos. We came home with a well-done floor. Joseph walked through with us on minor follow ups to close the project. Overall we are very pleased and impressed by Look Wow builders’ professionalism, transparency, high quality work, and excellent service. We used other contractors before, but we will definitely use Look Wow builders again for our next project and refer them to our friends!
