"Scott was very prompt with a visit and provided a comprehensive quote the same day. His enthusiasm for his work and love of fine wood work was very evident. He began our project on a Saturday, with a helper he sanded both rooms and applied the first coat of finish the same day. He finished up the following Monday. Very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping dust to a minimum. Repeatedly apologized about the noise, which was unavoidable. Scott is also a very nice guy, very smart and a good conversationalist. I'm very pleased with the final result and would recommend Scott to anyone."

"The vinyl floor plank installation was completed in the time estimated and it looks beautiful! BCB Flooring worked well in coordination with ServPro of Central Garden Grove which had to complete some reconstruction work before the flooring could be installed."

"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"Jorge went extra mile to sand parquet floors, made sure we liked color of stain, then applied final coat of varnish. Helped us move some furniture. Very reasonable for professional job! Hiring him again to stain some doors, then coat with varnish."

"Mario's provided accurate estimate of project, ordered custom maple flooring to match existing floor. Mario's team was very professional with installation of new floor and refinishing existing floor. They went the extra mile to insure we were happy with results. 70 year old floor looks amazing and the new floor matches well. Neighbors were impressed and are interested in Mario's team for their own floor projects."

"Alex is a gentleman professional. I needed a wood floor repair and it couldn’t be done so I replaced the entire floor. They did a good job and I didn’t feel gouged by the changes made that were my fault."
