Andrew did a great job from start to finish. He gave us his honest advice and insights about our flooring project and worked out a plan to get the best outcome while staying within our budget. Andrew at AVM flooring was professional, very knowledgeable and transparent in his bid for the job. Once accepted he was on time each day and communicated what to expect and our options. He takes his job very seriously and takes pride in it being done right. The floor installer previously did things incorrectly. Andrew fixed their mistakes and made sure it was done right this time. We are very happy with our new floors.

Drew was great. Professional, timely, consistent, communicative, and effective. He provided flooring for our whole 2nd floor. When we began the process, he assisted us in choosing the material and even found it at a great price. Here are some things I especially appreciated: he quoted us a price and was able to stick to it; he gave us a timeline and was done a day early, and the place looked cleaner than we handed it over to him. Drew went above and beyond in his work. I'd strongly recommend him and will use him again.

My husband and I hired Drew to install bamboo flooring, wood stairs, and baseboards in our townhome in San Diego. Drew did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the final product. He clearly communicated with us when some aspects of the job ended up being more complex than initially expected. For example, our subfloor was extremely uneven and required a lot of work to level and it was also made of a material specific to townhomes, but Drew explained the situation and importance of prepping the floor appropriately, recommended a leveling product and executed the leveling very well. Additionally, the stair pieces that we ordered had a sheen that didn’t match the rest of the floor we ordered (note, we ordered the flooring on our own, not through Drew) so he sanded and recoated the stairs to match the rest of the flooring. Overall, I appreciated Drew’s attention to every detail of our project. He is precise, and even in closets and hidden areas his cuts were perfect. I would consider Drew a true craftsman and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Drew was extremely professional and very detail oriented when he did the work to help us with our bamboo floors, he also assisted in the installation of bamboo flooring throughout the entire house, and we found him to be friendly, and technically excellent
