The crew- Manny, Mitch and Josh promised to finish the project in 3 days- and they sure did it. The GREAT TEAM, efficient and professional, worked non stop and communicated with me before taking each next step. They reconnected about 20 points (such as washing machine, dishwasher, new water heater, multiple faucets and 3 toilets) The price is a little steep but the quality of the job looks very good."

"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"

We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget! I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."
