I have used Drains Unlimited for over a decade. I am writing a review because I just had a bad experience with another plumber. ( I had an emergency and Drains Unlimited was not available)

I have used Drains Unlimited for main line clean outs, clogs, installations, you name it. I have always been happy with their service. They are quick and inexpensive and always do a great job. I know the plumbers by name and they know who I am when I call. Seems to be an old school family owed business. Love these guys ( as much as you can love a plumber, that is)

My bad experience today reinforced how spoiled I am to get such great service from Drains Unlimited every time.

They cleared the blockage with no issues and identified what was going on. They made an appointment to come and provide me with an estimate for the additional work. The estimate came in and was very reasonable. I plan on having them perform this work as well.

They are very honest, which is very important to me.

Very efficient...determined..had a slight hiccup but got through it OK.

They've worked for me several times. They fixed my ice maker in the past. Gaby is very helpful. They fit me in whenever I need their help and work on Saturdays.

I have been using them for decades and they are just wonderful!  They are prompt.  They are very well educated in explaining things and offer solutions that necessary aren’t the most expensive ones.  They don’t try to do more work than what is necessary.  I have a huge amount of respect for them just because of that.  They are ethical and genuinely helpful.  It is a family run company so that is nice too.

Drains Unlimited inspected the sewer line for a home we had in escrow.  They did a fabulous job.  Will definately use them again for any and all plumbing issues that arise in the future.

I was pleased.  I would give them A's all around.  The owner is great, very personable.

I've been using Drains Unlimited for years for our drains and am a devoted fan. Full Disclosure: I'm on a crusade to keep them in business so they will always be around to take care of my house. I refer them to friends, family and nice strangers. This is the first time I've used them for plumbing. I will ALWAYS use them for both drains and plumbing. I've used a few other plumbers on Angie's List (only the ones with Honors) and they are really, really good. But I adore Drains Unlimited. They are as good as any Honors Angie's List plumber AND a better value. I ran a Quicken Report of all our plumbing expenses to check it. I called up Kacy (Arranger of Everything) and she booked us a convenient appointment. She had me buy a replacement faucet at Home Depot just in case there was something bigger going on (since I was going there that afternoon anyway) with our faucet since it was leaking and rusting badly at the same time. Our 2 year old water heater would make a horrendous banging noise as it was refilling (loud enough for the neighbors to comment politely about it). Another plumber tried valiantly and couldn't fix it. Gaby came on time (as always), diagnosed the sink, repaired it and even cleaned the calcium deposits off the fixture. (Wish I'd had him replace the other faucet stem even tho it wasn't leaking.) Gaby cleaned the sink impeccably then moved onto the water heater. He drained it just like the previous plumber (and I did), but them scraped the inside bottom too! He did this like 8 times and even removed the plastic nozzle and replaced it with a brass one for me. Nice! Tons of calcium deposit drained out! It hasn't banged since. I'm thrilled and so are the neighbors. While he was scraping and draining I asked Gaby about whole house water softeners. I got a whole education about that. He gave me a rough ballpark and showed me where it might go on the house. He also mailed me some articles so I can start Googling about it (cuz somehow he knew I'm that kind of person). I haven't done anything about it yet since I'm busy fixing other broken stuff first.

When we first had drain issues I called one of the big companies with the big yellow pages ad. The 300 lb. guy couldn't get the cap off the clean-out and wanted $250 to cut it off. I weigh 95 lbs. and got it unscrewed with one hand using the guys own wrench. I asked them to leave. Then I called Drains Unlimited and we've been using them ever since. They are always wonderful. We get appointments that are convenient for us and quickly. Kacey books the appointments and is always pleasant. Tim services our drain and he's polite, professional, punctual and immaculately cleans up afterward. The owner Gaby, ran a sewer camera to diagnose and locate our tree root problem. We recommend them to everyone we like.

Drains Unlimited was prompt, clean and informative. They were easy to reach and were very responsive and quick to come out. The service providers were friendly as well.

They did a great job. I was able to get an appt. by phone for the next day and we agreed on a reasonable price. Two guys in one truck showed up on time, got to work efficiently, and cleaned the whole drain without problem. No communication problems, no work problems. They got the job done within one hour and reported to me what they found. No surprises.

They are very professional and I've used them once before. Also, their price is very competitive and much less than some other quotes for the same job.

They cleaned out my main drain, which cost $118.50 ($79/hour). It involved a lot of digging past tree roots instead of just rotor rooter work. The man who came pointed out the poor plumbing connection (done by me many years ago) where there was no sleeve to prevent roots from invading a connection and the drain opening was 6 - 9 inches too low. He said it should be repaired properly and promised to send someone to estimate the cost. No one called or came over. Some weeks later I called back, and a man came and without opening the area estimated $300. A few days later, I said, OK. Two men came on time the next day and began work. They found a lot of roots and sprinkler pipes and then said that it would take longer than expected and would cost $250 more. I reluctantly agreed. They replaced a section of the drain and the upward Tee piece, so that the top was flushed with the ground and would pop open if clogged. They finished in early afternoon and left the area fairly cleaned up.

They were very nice. They needed one person to run the machine and one to crawl under the house, so I paid a little extra for that. The second guy that came took a while because he was on another job. He was very professional except in clean-up they could have done better. They left some footprints and left some gunk in the shower.

DRAINS UNLIMITED WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR PLUMBER AND WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. WE ALWAYS RECEIVE A PROMPT REPLY. THEY ARE CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND REASONABLY PRICED.
