Called them the next day and they came out and snaked again, under the warranty, and started draining fine. During the process it was recommended that I may want to replace tub drain because it was old. Tony came out a few days later, provided an estimate, and 2 days later his team was here to do the work. What I liked about them was the communication with Angie at the office, their punctuality and customer service in general. That means more to me than the actual work. I have to assume they did good work but I'm not crawling under the house to find out, and, it's not my area of expertise anyway, so fingers crossed. Everything seems to be working great. "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."
