The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots.
