He’s worked with my Mom for countless years. He never takes advantage like most plumbers, electricians, contractors do. His prices are beyond fair. His work IS impeccable. He’s a very hardworking man that is VERY PUNCTUAL!!!!!!! He’s been our personal plumber for 4yrs since we bought our first home. He squeezes us in if we need him on a drip of a hat. We are a family owned & operated plumbing company offering a variety of services. Our skills range from emergency sewer cleaning to high class bathroom remodels. Because we are a small family owned business we have significantly less overhead that some of our larger competitors so we can offer lower prices.
Recent Review:
2017 Installation of Disposal and drain was done very professionally and efficiently at cost of $150 with 10% Angie's List discount. In 2017 I had Ken scope with camera my main drain line and clean it. He found it needed to be repaired as our large tree's roots had caused this clay line to become misaligned at a junction point. Repairs were delayed until 2019, cost for the inspection was $288 after 10% Angie's List discount. 2018 during the day of new quartz counter tops in Hall and Master Baths the counter contractor found the shut-off valves in the hall bath was frozen. I was able to get a hold of Ken and he came out within an hour of my call and change the valves, we changed out the Master bath valves as well given they were 30 yrs old. During the Hall bath work Ken found the cast iron drain was 99% clogged. Ken replaced the interior side and cleaned the section in the wall to the exterior main drain line. In 2019 as part of remodel I had Ken repair the main drain from exit at house to interface with County Sewer drain. Thirty Two feet of clay and cast iron drain was replaced with ABS and Sewer perma-lining from side walk to County lateral approx 38 ft. The cost of $7800 included labor, materials, permits and inspections. The job was done in an efficient and professional manor. In 2020 to support refinance the underwriter required my water heater to be strapped. Ken came out and was able to accomplish what two other plumbers failed to do and do it in a manner that did not require removal of the water heater, cost $290. Ken and his Apprentice are Masters of what they do.

We called several plumbing companies, but only Drain Master was able to come quickly to fix the leak. The plumber replaced the pipe and also discovered that our pressure gauge was broken, so the water pressure was too high in our pipes, which may have led to the leak. He replaced the gauge, and all is well. We received a discount as Angie's List members.
