"Fabian was terrific. He tested our 35-year old outlet and followed its conduit. He quickly determined that we could not do the easy fix we were hoping for -- of reconnecting the outlet to our fuse box -- which we weren't that surprised by and then laid out other options for us. We opted just to remove the unused outlet and its elevated stand (as it was a tripping hazard). Fabian removed it for us very quickly and it made the area safer."

"I had a few issues with outlets not working which was an urgent issue because it was in my work area. I contacted Voltage Electrical Services LLC, and they were very understanding, timely, professional and respectful. They promptly came out diagnosed the issue. They communicated every step of the way to inform me of what they were doing and what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. There were parts needed and which they had to pick up but returned very quickly. The issue was resolved and I am a very Happy customer! I also had some squeaky doors that needed attention and they also helped me with that. I would recommend them to family and anyone who has electrical issues or needs handy men work. It ended up costing $7000, took approximately a month to get done after contacting them, and we have had to have the unit serviced less than a year later. You can get the same work done for a lot less and not have to suffer their inflated prices and unprofessionalism. I reached out to get an itemized invoice for my records since ours only had a total price without a cost breakdown. Mark sent it with snarky notes, attacks on my intelligence, and name calling embedded in the invoice that I need to use in the records for my home run business. The invoice states: "Included in Above estimate!! for idiots who can't read." "We obviously didn't use the one you ran for your pool equipment." "The listed below is the itemized cost for whatever "project manager" is to ignorant to recognize from the previous invoice." He also appears to have been confused or just made up cost amounts up because the first itemized invoice sent to me had our electrical work at less than half of the actual cost which I corrected him on in text and then was sent an updated copy with the correct price."

"Jeff has come to the rescue twice to my new build home. He came the first time in the middle of summer when the a/c would start up. It was just the fan running. He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"
