"I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. Company owner Raul, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided valuable feedback throughout the project. "We hired Joe to do a very large project which included a major kitchen remodel, building a 400 sq foot vaulted addition with skylights, flooring across the entirety of the main space, full 1000 square foot trex deck with accommodation for a hot tub, and side patio. Joe is a 1 man shop. He did everything from framing, drywall, electrical, insulation, roofing, flooring, cabinet installation, and finish work. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with us on change orders as the project developed/progressed. Errors were very rare and quickly corrected when they occurred. This is our 2nd time hiring Joe for a big project and have hired him for other small projects. We would gladly have Joe work for us again on an y future project."

I ended up reaching out again to fix a pesky roof leak that I had literally been trying to resolve for 10 years (about 4 different roofers had already tried and wasted thousands of dollars), sure enough he was able to cut open the drywall where the leak was and identify some exterior flashing ending on the wrong side of my stucco.
