"The team did a great job. kept the yard secure after hours, and the finished product is simply beautiful. A high quality job and was totally competitive with the price I received from a Fences only company. I had contracted for the removal of an arbor and door framing that had dry rot. The finished product is perfect, they matched the paint perfectly. I highly recommend this team, and look forward to having them do my next project."

"Excellent he took care of all of my concerns and was able to tackle a project that other handymen would not even return my calls for. Thanks"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

The owner truly listens and offers helpful suggestions, as he wants to be sure you are going to be happy with the end result. I have referred them to other people, too, who are extremely happy with them, as well I plan to do further remodelling and will not hesitate to call them, again."

"Did an amazing job for us!!! Would always recommend Neil!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size. Unfortunately, I have had multiple terrible experiences with people in the industry and it has shaken my trust. From the beginning, however, Vitaliy did everything he could to earn that trust and show me that there are still amazing, kind, honorable people left in this world. He took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable in the process and to reassure me that he cared about what he was doing and that we were going to be happy with it. Oh and did I mention that when we started this project I was 6.5 months pregnant and had a HUGE timeline to meet. Vitaliy told me before we started that he would do everything in his power to make sure we were finished before baby arrives. "You won't be disappointed", he said. And guess what- we are moved back into our house and baby is due next month and we are beyond happy with all the work he did for us. His communication and attention to detail has been absolutely stellar. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better contractor. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Vitaliy and everything he managed to do for us in such a short timeframe. I got to spend a lot of time with him and consider him to be more of a friend. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him. I can't thank him enough for making this process go so smoothly during a very stressful time in our lives. I appreciate everything you did for us more than you know."

"Attention to detail was very good, execution was slow, but worked well with our schedule. End results were excellent."

"It Went very well. He and his crew were prompt, even coming later when asked. The product was beautiful, a shiny lightly pattered white flooring which added much to our kitchen. Guy is friendly, communicates well, asked our opinion when needed. Will hire again."
