Hi [Member Name Removed] We apologize for the late arrival, this falls below are standards of great customer service. However, we tried to resolve your pricing concern. You declined anything we could do for you and resorted to writing negative reviews on every site possible. From our Service Managers conversation, seems like you've had this problem not just with us, but other companies in our industry as well. We tried everything on our part to resolve this issue. Yes, you can purchase parts to fix your system online. However, what you are not paying for is the training and knowledge needed to replace the part, the warranties, the guarantees and the ability to have a professional technician sent to your door when you need him. When parts are not replaced correctly you have the opportunity to create more damage to your system which ends up being more costly for you. At the end of the day we want to make sure that we did what was right for the customer and in almost all cases our customers are completely satisfied with our job and know that they will be taken care of from years to come!Health & Safety Measures
