"It went well, my old school bathroom was updated. I now have an awesome bathroom with a walk in shower, the tile work is gorgeous. I just love it! In my other bathroom the fixtures were changed and an extra door was replaced with a wall. I can’t even tell where the door was. Michael and his crew did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend if you care about quality."

From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. I do perform other trades depending on how much there is. I have good dependable subcontractors that I call when necessary. Depending on the size of the job, I ask for down payment and progress payments or may just wait to bill the job once it is complete.
