GOOD UPDATE ON THE GAS GUY, NOT THE POOL COMPANY OWNED BY MICHAEL CHAFFEE...
This morning the gas guy who hooked up our pool heater to the propane & did all the new pool equipment came out and explained very kindly how everything works and apologized for what occured. We now have a swimmable pool thanks to this guy! So in conclusion, yes, we would recommend the gas guy who also installed the equipment for our new pool, but our opinion of Earth Dynamics aka epoolscapes.com has Not changed. Thank you.
2nd UPDATE! Why are we not surprised? Once again a PROBLEM has been brought to our attention. This time by our 'new weekly pool service guy' who explained to us the auto-fill Earth Dynamics Pool aka epoolscapes owned by michael chaffee installed does not work! It may have even been put in the ground in the wrong location which may make it unworkable! This pool company is the company you NEVER want to do business with. Dealings with Michael Chaffee & some of his subcontractors are just not worth the anger we have experienced since this whole thing began! This is as close as we've come to ever wanting to take a business to court!
