"JC did a great job. He built a platform for my garage so I could put my jetski under , allowing me to store on top of it. He was on time to give an estimate and completed the job on time. It looks great!"

"Ken is a very respectable and honest person in this business. He did what was required and nothing more to pressure me to do. He has great knowledge of the work and explains everything that needs to be done. I can say that I was 0 for 3 in getting honest AC repairmen, but now I have found the right person. I will definitely hire him again! Thanks Ken! ~Cal"

"ABSOLUTELY will call them FOR ALL my A/C issues. I called Guerreroâ s and he was available that same day to come and inspect my A/C unit. The A/C unit would come on outside, but NO air was blowing through my vents inside. He replaced the motor and w/n the hour or so, the A/C was flowing. Very professional, they earned ALL my business. Thanks Guerrero."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.

Yes, custom designs match existing structural and aesthetic themes.

Hiring a professional to do a loft conversion will certainly speed up the process. The construction steps required to change the slope of the roof can be quite difficult to do as a DIY job. Should the project run into any snags, like rot in the joists, frayed wiring, or roof leaks, hiring a local home remodeling professional makes it far easier to handle these issues safely.

Aging-in-place universal design features can make your home more comfortable for family members who are older or have disabilities; they can also make your home safer. In addition, adding a universal-design bathroom can boost your home’s overall resale value.

Universal design costs can be minimal when you add them during construction; however, adding universal design principles to existing homes can sometimes increase renovation costs. For example, a mid-grade bathroom remodel is estimated to cost around $30,000, while a standard universal design remodel can cost closer to $40,000. Adding accessible design components can include widening hallways ($500 to $2,000), curbless showers ($2,000 to $8,000), and widening doors ($400 to $800). Keep in mind that these increased costs can lead to higher resale values because universal homes may appeal to a wider variety of buyers.
