"They have done a really great job. They are family owned. You get to know the technicians that come out. The technicians work the same area all the time. You get to know the person working there. They spray everything, everywhere I want them to spray. Sometimes I have to keep an eye on them so they spray certain areas as much as I want, but that is the only minor issue. I have called them to ask if I could be the last appointment of the day, and the technicians are very willing to work with your schedule. They do like to stick to their schedule, so tell them about any scheduling issues. A couple of times they have automatically renewed me, but that has not continued to be persistent problem and I got that resolved. Until you become comfortable with them, keep an eye on them. If something comes up, give them a heads up."

"This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.
