John stepped in and waived the inspection fee, inspected me the following day, and performed the work needed beginning next day. His crew was professional and extremely caring. They went above and beyond the call of duty and John refused to charge more money. He could have easily charged me another $1000.00 and would not do it even though I protested. I didn't want him losing money, but he stayed firm with the estimate. I love John and his crew.
