Critter Control IncA few weeks ago our indoor/outdoor cat was attacked by raccoons. After an expensive vet bill, we decided to keep her inside. A week later the raccoons returned to destroy our front lawn and a fee nights later we found about 10 in the back yard fighting for an apple from a neighbors tree....
He went to the control box and tested the system. He said we'd have to sit and wait while the system runs and unclogs itself. He waited with me for that hour to make sure it happened. He didn’t charge me for the service, which I truly appreciate.
CLARK PEST CONTROL IS VERY GOOD. THEY NOT ONLY SPRAY FOR BUGS, BUT THEY ALSO KNOCK DOWN WEBS and INSPECT PLACES LIKE THE ATTIC and CRAWL SPACE TO BE SURE INSECTS HAVE NOT GOTTEN IN. THEY ARE VERY GOOD.

"Sales rep, Lukas Wilkinson (young - college age) came to my door offering more coverage at a lower rate than my current pest control service. Advised they would do a complimentary cleaning around the property and begin service in 2 months, since my home had recently been serviced. Rep did not review a contract, just punched in my contact information in his tablet, had me sign and left, the interaction took less than 5 minutes. I called to cancel and was advised I was locked into a 1 year contract and would be billed $230 for early cancelation. I cannot comment on the quality of the service/products because we never even received a treatment. 10/10 would NOT recommend this company due to shady sales rep tactics, I should have researched/read the reviews as others have had similar experiences. I hope the Sales reps commission was worth the $230 and poor review."

Now we are preparing to sell the house and another pest inspection company found drywood termites in the same places. We asked Hi-Tech if there was anything they could do about it since their fume obviously didn't work. Leilani in the office said "Let me send our manager out to see what we can do." Benjamin Ortiz then went to the property and called to say that he thinks they have no responsibility because their warranty expired. Then he declared that he's going to write a whole new pest inspection with worse findings and bigger estimates for repairs and file it with the state and he did. So we have deep regret that we paid Hi-Tech for work a few years ago that obviously wasn't done well enough to prevent the same bugs in the same places, and even deeper regret that we asked them if they would stand behind the work. Diamond Certified? Not on this one."
