Conrad was the second person to give me a detailed estimate also was more then pleased to come out to my house and write me a real in hand quote. He was on time and very informative on the project. The following Monday the 2 professional men came to my house and did the job that I was promised and within the time that was allotted. Great communication, They came on time, protected our floors and hallway from insulation dust, took pictures of the before and after for us so we can get the rebate. overall, very easy and stress free company to work with. "We had radiant barrier insulation installed insteads of blown in insulation. It was laid in the attic rafters, upon the completion of the job the service provider could have done a better job of cleaning up. He also left some marking on our cabinet. When the gentleman came over to give us an idea of what radiant barrier is we never knew when he would be there, they gave us an estimate but then upon completion we wrote a check, but never received a receipt of payment, or work order showing completed work. All we had was the gentleman sign the estimate that we had been given two weeks prior to the job. And the installer did not have any paperwork saying that he did the job. But we had him write that on the estimate. I would expect more professional paperwork."

"They were fantastic! From Elaine who took my call to Eric who came to the house, the professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and service I got from Diamond was top notch. On one of the hottest days of the summer when our A/C went out (naturally), they went out of their way to get to me ASAP. Then when Eric came to do the service call, he was efficient and thorough and very clear about what he was doing and why.
