- Straight Line ConstructionWe contacted Straightline Construction to replace our house’s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.

- Javier Vasquez PlasteringI used Javier Vasquez Plastering to stucco my whole house which is two storied around 2700 sq ft. There are lot of dry rot issues in my house. He provided the estimate and date of job commencement. I got quote from at least 6 stucco companies and his quote was reasonable among all of them. I did extensive research on Javier Vasquez Plastering before finalizing on using him for my project. He has more than 23 years of experience in this field. Javier has all types of professional workers working with him. He arranged first to remove and fix the dry rot. That was performed with utmost care. That job was a major one. Along with it we replaced couple of windows. Once all the dry rot were fixed, the lathing process started. The guys are fast and professional. The count inspection passed the very first time. The he did the first coat of Stucco in one day. We had over 7 people on that day. The he let the first coat to settle for a week. In the mean time he installed all the pop outs around doors and windows. Then he did the finish coat. The work is excellent and high quality. He only used industry standard products for the work. Javier and his team was meticulous and professional and fast. The whole project started on 8/29/2022 and ended on 10/6/2022. This was the fastest anybody did stucco in my neighborhood. All my neighbors gave extremely good comments regarding the work. They finished the project on time and the quality was top notch. I would hire him again if I need any work. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and anybody who is asking for reference

"Great experience with the guys who did all the construction. Gilbert, Luis, Steve, Daniel, Cris s as I’d Kevin were awesome. Gilbert was there almost every day and was very professional and did excellent tile work. He really helped overcome 2 issues based on a sales and pre site inspection deficiency. He made the experience go well! Luis was there for all the little details that add up to the big finish and was great at all the paint work. "Jaime excels at responsiveness. Within 24 hours he came to my house 3 times: first to provide an estimate to fix the problem, then to apply the first patch and again to apply the final coat. He mixed the paint color in the plaster so I may not need to repaint the patched area! By comparison, the other company I called requested photos of the problem - never heard back from them.
