"I had called Insulation Pros for an estimate with very short notice as well as two other companies. Conrad was the second person to give me a detailed estimate also was more then pleased to come out to my house and write me a real in hand quote. He was on time and very informative on the project. The following Monday the 2 professional men came to my house and did the job that I was promised and within the time that was allotted. "Although the heat exchanger was still under warranty - the labor intensive job to remove the old one and install a new one wasn't. The labor was $929.00 to complete this all day job. I decided to replace the inducer motor at the same time since it was only a matter of time until it failed. I called Zak - the general manager and he agreed to give me a long-term customer discount. Steve Brown, my service technician notified me that morning when he would arrive and was right on time. He was easy to work with, showed me the wear to the units and explained what he was doing throughout the installation. After removing the heat exchanger, Steve pointed out the evaporator coils needed to be cleaned and gave me a discount for that work too. No one likes an expensive HVAC repair bill, however Ray O. Cook worked with me to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future."
