A difficult problem to discover but he found out it was a malfunctioning circuit board, called to locate one, picked it up and later that day came back to install it. Then he checked other parts of the system and repaired the insulation.

Bon was very helpful and luckily had an opening for my HVAC unit during a crazy heat wave when all of the other big companies flaked on me or didn't have openings for weeks. My unit wasn't pumping out cool air and it was 90 degrees in my house during the heat wave. His prices and services were very reasonable. He gave me a free estimate by checking my vents and my unit. Luckily I just ran out of refrigerant and he was able to refill it when he found out I had very low levels. He noticed the builders who installed the unit was lazy and didn't waterproof the wiring correctly so he found a pool of water collecting in the sleeve holding the wires. He waterproofed it for a cheap price. Thank you for saving the day Bon!

I wish I could give 10 stars. It takes several days that our home warranty has not fixed our HVAC. But it took less one hour for Mr Koo to fix it. I definitely will hire Mr Koo again if I need.
