Within 15 minutes of requesting a bid on Angi, I had a phone call and as Jordan wasn't far away on another job, he came by soon after and did the work - and even helped me with a garage light I thought was dead but he simply needed to replace the dud 'new' bulb I had put in. All of this was within an hour and a half of putting in my bid request! Electrical repair isn't cheap, but the quote was fair and was exactly what I paid. Jordan was so pleasant and helpful, as was the person who originally called me and set everything up. Swihart Electric is the best, and I will call them again if I need electrical work. I would highly recommend them

- Nelson ElectricWe have problems with one of the burners on our gas GE cooktop and have decided to purchase an electric model. Both Home Depot and Angi helped us in our search for an electrician. Happily, we found Zack Nelson of Nelson Electric in nearby Vacaville. He promptly arrived, checked our electric panel, cabinets above and under our cooktop, and attic for running new electric wiring from the garage panel to the kitchen. A previous estimate led us to believe this wish to change from gas to electric was more than we wanted to pay. Zack has a "can do" attitude, and his price was much lower. Within days, Zack and his crew member Westley completed the following: replacement of two breakers in our sub panel to make room for the new 40 amp breaker and installed a 40 amp 240 volt circuit to the cabinet under the cooktop. This was done within a couple of hours and they cleaned up completely before they left. We are now ready to purchase and have our new electric cooktop installed. "Connected Technology was so very easy to work with during my solar installation process. Five (5) companies were interviewed for the project, not all submitted an estimate or followed up as promised. Conversely, Connected Technology was always responsive and stood out to be the best because of their customer service. They did not disappoint. They stayed on top of the project, kept me informed at every step and answered all my questions. They provided photos of the work-in-process and the completed project without a request for it. I was able to see how the roof was penetrated to secure the panels without climbing a ladder. Actual roof work was done in one day. The panels are not visible from the front of the house. The conduits are hidden in the attic and under the eave with little showing on the exterior of the house. I am really happy that Connected Technology did this job.
