Therefore, it cleans the top, bottom, and sides of the air duct.

Regarding "cost more than advertised"; For our customers' convenience and safety, we recommend things like stainless steel washing machine hoses when needed, because many homeowners don't realize these items "expire" and can be a hazard if they are damaged or break. So we offer these items at comparable prices with Amazon, Home Depot and Lowe's. Please understand that there were no hidden costs, but you really needed a replacement transition hose/duct. The "additional money" you spent was for a commercial-grade replacement with 100% stainless steel clamps. These are the finest quality available and should last for many, many years. So next time, and the time after that, you'll only need to pay for the service."
