My experience with Lee's Air was nothing short of exceptional. When our air conditioner went out in the middle of a brutal Folsom summer, I thought we were in for a long, uncomfortable wait. I called Lee's Air and was immediately impressed by how helpful and reassuring the person on the phone was. They understood the urgency and managed to dispatch a technician, Chris, to our home the same day. Chris was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He wasted no time in getting to the root of the problem. He not only explained the issue clearly but also walked me through the repair process and gave me a transparent, fair quote before starting any work. Thanks to his expertise and preparedness (he had the right part on his truck!), he had our AC running perfectly again in less time than I expected. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service, and skilled technicians. Lee's Air has earned my business for life. I highly recommend!

NEVER call these guys!!!! Total scam artists!! I had Leeâ s come out because cold air was blowing out when I turned the heat on in my house. The first tech came out and said I needed to $7,000-$9,000 in repairs because there was a safety code registering and they wouldnâ t be able to fix it without rebuilding a portion of the unit but wanted his boss to come out to check it out. His boss came out and said it was better that I just replaced my unit and quoted me $26,000. Then he said my other unit was old and should be replaced too and quoted me $47,000 for both units. Said if I gave him the green light he would have 5 guys at the house the next morning and theyâ d get the job done. I called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and they came to the house and within 2 mins they identified that it was a wiring issue with the thermostat and fixed the problem for $100. Leeâ s never even took the thermostat off the wall to check the wiring. One of the first questions the tech asked me was if I had a home warranty or not because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.

Quick response to replace a tankless water heater that went completely out and had to be replaced. The employees of Lees Plumbing were very professional. The only downside was the cost for replacement which ended up costing 5400.00

The technician knew what to do immediately, and replaced our thermostat promptly within about 2 hours (including time to order and pick up the replacement part). Price was a bit high, but I was not really in a position to negotiate.

Wanted to charge $400 for a 30 minute plumbing fix on parts that I already supplied. My lawyer does not make that much per hour. After some haggling the price came down to $250 and it took him 20 minutes to complete work. Iâ m not a confrontational person by personality so I hated having to haggle with him, after I already payed $50 for them to quote. I really liked the pleasant person and end work product but because he quoted me an outlandish price out the gate, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

At Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating we are a flat rate company which includes our satisfaction guarantee. Plus, we always give the customer the option to approve our quoted guaranteed work. For plumbing, we waive the $49 diagnostic if the work quoted is approved. Reviewing your invoice, the diagnostic was waived since the work was approved. In the invoice the plumbing specialist did conduct the following as stated in his notes: (1) The existing gas elbow needs to be rotated 270 degrees to provide the required clearance so the new gas range will fit flush with the back wall and the anti-tip clip to work properly on the range. (2) The existing gas valve needs to be replaced with a new valve so the flared end section will fit the larger 5/8 diameter fitting required for my new gas range and 1-year warranty on the parts and labor. John, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and for not meeting your total satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out to us and ask for Josue, our operations manager to resolve your concerns."
