"We have been using Golden Aire for maintenance and repairs for the past 8 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, as well as fair in their pricing. Case in point, we had Daniel come out to do our summer A/C maintenance. Daniel discovered that coils were bad and leaking coolant. We received our quote for the parts and repair. The cost was estimated at $3k (ouch!) Parts were ordered and Daniel came out within a weeks' time. I can't state highly enough how impressed we were with Daniel's knowledge, professionalism and most importantly care. Daniel was able to save us $1,300 as he discovered that after fixing the Nitrogen leak and replacing the refrigerant there was no need to replace the coils. I know other less scrupulous companies would have milked us for a higher invoice price especially since the coils were ordered. What I didn't like was all they were doing was investigating the upsell and I hate that. I don't need to pay a guy to come in here and try to sell me stuff. The guy was clean. He was courteous.
