"They have a special service where they come in and inspect everything. They make sure that it's working properly and that it doesn't need service for any reason. He missed a few things. What I didn't like was all they were doing was investigating the upsell and I hate that. I don't need to pay a guy to come in here and try to sell me stuff. The guy was clean. He was courteous. He came and he did what he was trained to go to. That's what I really like about that company, they train their people and they were very well trained. They know exactly what they're doing."
