Lou (the owner of Still Waters) is an accomplished craftsman with many years of experience in landscaping. Our retaining wall had collapsed due to poor workmanship, and he rebuilt it with a brilliant and strong design. It is beautiful and solidly constructed. He was also very fair with his pricing, coming in at a much lower cost than competing companies…He is friendly and easy to communicate with…he is one of the best people we have ever worked with, and we recommend him very highly!
