"These guys were excellent! I'll definitely have them back for more plumbing needs. They (2 plumbers, Kyle & Ehsan) did a new toilet install with one I had delivered and removal of the old one for a flat rate. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything in the process, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and checked what was necessary. They also did some trouble shooting they came across with the original positioning of the toilet placement in tile and a high flange. Instead of telling me they needed to redo the flange which would have cost a lot more, they worked on solutions which saved me from extra costs and work done. They looked out for me and not just trying to make a higher sale of labor and parts. I really appreciate how thorough they were and can see they are passionate about what they do. Also, they are reliable, called/texted promptly, and their communication during the install was great. They gave me a much better price than other plumbing companies and also put on shoe covers to come in the house. Highly recommended!"

"We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."

"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"My Experience with Top Service Plumbing was TOP NOTCH! Jesse and his crew originally came to install a Kohler kitchen sink I had purchased at Lowes, as my old one was leaking. As they were installing Jesse pointed out some flaws on the sink and he suggested I exchange it. His crew were willing to wait outside my home while I drove to Lowes to get a new sink. Kohler ended up having to directly send us a sink from their warehouse, as Lowes did not have one in stock that was without flaws. This process took several months, but Jesse came out again in a timely manner to install the new sink. Jesse's attention to detail and honesty saved me for having a faulty sink. He could have easily just installed the faulty sink and made things easy for him. I will absolutely use Top Service Plumbing again and recommend this company to friends and family due to their professionalism and how much they care about their customer.
