My son and daughter-in-law were so impressed with the results, they wanted Mark to work on their home but they live outside his service area."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. "Things went very well.  There were a couple of misunderstandings but they worked with me to resolve them very quickly.  They helped with some budgeting which helped when trying to pick out cabinets and fixtures and surfaces.  There were some delays in getting shower tile, but they managed to finish the entire project in about 3 weeks.  The bathroom looks great.  The workers were all very polite and worked hard to keep the mess out of the rest of the house.  The cleaned up the worksite at the end of each work day.  I would recommend them highly.
