For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him.
