"GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. P.S. he also had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. THANKS DAVE... you are the best"

"Jamie & Jake showed up at the time requested and brought equipment & supplies.  They made sure to find out my priorities and my "dos & don'ts".  They moved furniture and gave the area rug a good, thorough vacuuming.  We have a dog & cat so this is extremely important!   I explained that the floors (mostly wood & tile) were my pet peeves if not done well.  Nothing looks clean if the floors are only half done.  Absolutely no complaints.  They even got the hard water stains off the granite in the bathroom.  Thorough, professional and good humored (an extra bonus) the whole time.  Hoping to see them back very soon!  (The dog is shedding profusely with all this warm weather.....).

From the initial meeting to discuss our wainscoting project until it was immaculately finished (on time and on budget!) the entire 6-day process was one of the most professional and positive construction experiences we've ever had. Here are a few details: Initial Meeting: Company owner Tim Larkin met with us promptly to discuss our project ideas, offer a few of his own which helped guide our preferences to a more perfect outcome, and then walk us carefully through the timeline and project process. Within 24 hours we had the estimate in hand and the job was scheduled for a few weeks later. Measuring: A couple of days prior to the start of the job, Tim returned with the job lead to take precise measurements, ensure all seam areas, and double check every detail of the job. Once again, he carefully rehearsed with us the entire process and what we could expect to see happen on a day-to-day basis. Installation: On the Monday of installation (Feb. 29, 2016) a team of five showed up on time to begin construction and installation of the wainscoting. To the person, they were smart, professional, courteous, and extremely skilled craftsmen and artisans, and the extent of their training by Mr. Larkin showed in every aspect of their work. Both at the start and end of each work day, the lead asked if we had any questions--we always did--and all were answered with clarity and courtesy. And, they were CLEAN! At the close of each work day, they cleaned up the inside work sites and swept and cleaned up outside. They neatly stored their equipment out of sight and covered, and made the house as livable and usable for us as they could during the job by covering and taping off rooms and furniture to protect them from dust. At the end of the job the following Monday, they carefully vacuumed and cleaned every area of the house that they could. Mr. Larkin joined the job team for several hours each day, working along side them and offering guidance as needed. Ours was a large project, involving the staircase, bonus room, dining room, kitchen and kitchen island. The craftsmanship in all areas is remarkable and the project really enhances and showcases the beauty of our home. We enjoyed the work crew very much (who even quietly entertained themselves while working with the muted sounds of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble in the background!). Again, they were marvelous to work with and delivered a spot-on job. We recommend them to you for any wainscoting or crown/moulding projects you may be considering for your home.
